Since leaving Fair Housing in 1997, Stephen Sturla has worked as an Expert Witness for both plaintiffs and defendants. 



Stephen has worked for various Fair Housing agencies and conducted hundreds of investigations, many of them landing in federal court. He has worked as a Fair Housing tester, investigator and program compliance officer.

Stephen's investigations include the areas of sales, rentals and lending. In addition to serving as an Expert Witness, Stephen also is available as a consultant for trainings or investigations.



Stephen has a particular expertise in the field of Fair Housing testing.
